Go where you are Valued

They said - Go where you are valued, so I ran back to God. Why did I run back to God and not towards God?  God knew me since I was in the womb of my mother. When I came into this world , I met different people since my birth.  My mother, father, brother, friends , relatives, classmates, colleagues, neighbors, spouse.  But, do all of them value me? No! I didn't come across even one person in my life who gave value to me.  When I felt that, I had to run back to God who knew me. The only one God who valued me.  I had to run back to Him.  Go where you are valued!

From Repression to Depression

Repression is like supression which later leads to depression.

Didn't get it?

Have you ever repressed your emotions?

Some people express their emotions openly. Others tend to hide them. But hiding your emotions doesn’t mean you’re repressing them. Note the difference.

Repressed emotions can be a way to protect your mind from painful situations.

Still didn't get it?

A husband shows emotions on wife by raising voice when in anger but vice versa is not allowed or is the wife's emotions being suppressed?  If we raise voice in anger then something is wrong with us, so have we been taught the same way or are we supressing our emotions due to fear?

We think a lot to avoid such situations so we repress our emotions. We repress our anger, emotions, why? You may do this for fear of damaging your positive self-image. Or, you might see yourself as always in control of how you feel.

Yes, is someone controlling your feelings as well? Those feelings can make you feel like you’re losing control.

Repressed anger or other negative emotions may lead to depression.

You might also have problems in your relationships. You could have trouble saying what you need, Facing conflicts.

Be yourself. Please express your emotions,  be it anger, love, happiness, sadness whatever you feel. Express your emotions, don't repress it, else it will later lead to depression.

Is Religion Mandatory*

Is Religion Mandatory* Be it any of the application forms, starting from school admissions to job applications there is a mandatory field named “Religion”. Why is this field mandatory in all forms? Fields like Name, Contact Number, Address, and Nationality is fine for identity purpose; But, Why Religion? While filling one of the application forms, I was bit confused when I came across the field religion, ok I filled it, the field next to it was Caste and then Sub Caste.   I did not have anything to fill so I left it blank. But, even these fields were mandatory that time. Now, what should I fill? I filled it as Nil. In recent news, Kerala School denies admission  to child after parents didn't fill caste,  religious  column.  Nazeem and Dhanya, who were seeking admission for their son at St. Mary's Higher Secondary School, said they want to raise their child without any religious boundaries which is the reason why they did not fill religion and caste ...

The Politician Theorem!

Hope all are aware of the Pythagorean Theorem which was the most important theorem in Geometry during school. In mathematics, the Pythagorean theorem, also known as Pythagoras' theorem, is a fundamental relation in Euclidean geometry among the three sides of a right triangle. It states that the area of the square whose side is the hypotenuse is equal to the sum of the areas of the squares on the other two sides. This was the right angle theory which we have studied.  Now, let's look into the wrong angle theory, which is none other than the political theorem. In politics , the Politician theorem, also known as Political' theorem, is a fundamental relation in political parties among the three sides of a wrong angle. It states that the PM whose side is equal to the sum of the members of the party from the other two sides . Confused? So am I, the political theorem is so confusing since the theory itself is about the wrong angle. In this theorem, the wrong angle is the media and...

Trust None but God

Gone are the days where we had slam books, A notebook, passed between friends, for answering the set of questions that you prepared and sharing their advices and opinions.  One of my friends had written, "Trust None" as an advice to me. After reading it, I was curious to know why he wrote that. He said, its short but meaningful one which you will realise later. "Trust None". Yes, now I realized that his words were true. Trust none, not even your family.  One of my friends once told me that "You came alone into this world and will leave alone. Nobody will be there with you". So true,  nobody will be there with you forever. Never trust anybody.  Trust None but God.
