They said - Go where you are valued, so I ran back to God. Why did I run back to God and not towards God?  God knew me since I was in the womb of my mother. When I came into this world , I met different people since my birth.  My mother, father, brother, friends , relatives, classmates, colleagues, neighbors, spouse.  But, do all of them value me? No! I didn't come across even one person in my life who gave value to me.  When I felt that, I had to run back to God who knew me. The only one God who valued me.  I had to run back to Him.  Go where you are valued!

    Before I leave home to cast my vote today,     I will have a look at the gas cylinder,      the food I had, the vehicle for petrol and     the roads on the way.     I will keep Manipur and Ladakh in my mind.     Each and every single vote matters!     Let your vote speak louder than words!     Don't vote blindly, vote wisely!     #SayNoToCommunalPolitics    #SayNoToDivisivePolitics    #SayNoToUnconstitutionalPolitics    #SayNoToHateSpeech    #SaveDemocracy    

In the Bible it is mentioned that God said " I am who I am ! " What is the meaning of this. God is supreme!  It becomes so powerful phrase when God says I am who I am! He is the same forever, no changes. In the Bible it's also mentioned that "The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit." In Proverbs 18:21. So, in short , you become what you say!  Always speak positive about yourself.  If you say, I am Lazy, you become lazy! You are choosing your own fruit, chose it wisely. If you say, I am blessed, I am good , Complete I am with positive notes and Replace I can't with I can!  You will feel the difference!  Let's try this in our lives, Fill I am with positivity and replace I can't with I can !  I am who I am!

Never ever ask or listen to others opinion about your life.  Since childhood we are used to listen to others opinion be it school, college, career, marriage.  When you are confident with what to do in your life then what is the need to ask or listen to the opinion of others? This creates confusion in your life which later leads to worry.  Your opinion matters the most in your life.  Be confident and never ever ask others opinion which will bother you in future.  There is a popular saying in Hindi - " Suno jag ka Karo Mann ka" which means listen to what the world says but do whatever your heart says.  Follow your heart not the flock!

During school days we had an eraser to undo the mistakes which we had written using pencil, later we used an ink eraser or whitener to undo the mistakes written using pen. Now we have the Ctrl-Z key to undo the mistakes done in computer or laptop.  How I wish there was Ctrl-Z key in our lives as well. I wish I could Ctrl-Z the career I selected.  I wish I could Ctrl-Z the branch I selected for engineering. I wish I could Ctrl-Z the marriage option in my life.  I wish I could Ctrl-Z my birth in this world.   I wish I could Ctrl-Z all the mistakes that happened in my life. I wish I could pause the special moments in my life.  I wish I could delete all the bad memories that happened in my life. I wish I could keep space bar in some relations. I wish I could Ctrl-X all the toxic relations. I wish I could Ctrl-C positive thoughts and Ctrl-V in my mind. I wish I could escape from this life.  I wish I could break all the negative bonds in my life....

Dear Ageing Parents, Are you ageing wisely?  As you age you are becoming more adamant, agree that as you get older you become like a child. But please listen to your children if they are right and trying to correct you. Agree that the Bible says to Children - Obey your parents. We did obey you and followed the way you wanted us to be. Now, it's your time, once children grow up they know what is right and wrong for you have taught them so, now, when they try to correct you if you are wrong, donot take them for granted.  Children will definitely take care of you but donot take them for granted. Why don't you listen to your children? Why do you start applying your own ways? Why do you become so adamant?  Why do you become self doctors and follow your own treatment? Your organs doesn't function same as before that's why doctors prescribe medicines for proper functioning, why dont you follow the doctor's prescription? Why are you so adamant in following your ...

Pappa, It's been an year since you left us, I have lost my only support, I miss the support to lean on your arms, only you make me feel better, I miss the support when you say come home, I am there for you, that was more than enough for me. I miss the support when someone is against me and you hold by my side always, I never felt lonely.I miss the support when i walk along with you holding your hands, I was safe.  I miss the support when I sleep on your lap even after growing up, you comfort me. I miss the support when I come back home and you clean my room so that there is no dust and i don't catch cold, only you care for me this way. Each and everything matters, you were my only support. Nobody can replace you. I miss you Pappa. 

My dearest Pappa, You are my role model, my hero, my all time support. You lived a simple and humble life. You spoke very less but that made sense.  My only support all the time is no more. I miss you so much. I really wish you were always there for me. You don't even remember your birthday, when I wish on your birthday you ask is it my birthday today? When I wish on father's day you just smile. Your smile has faded away.  I just wish I was like you, no grudges, always calm, maintain distance with people, no talks. Your insights were true, you would have already known about people, how they are.  You never gave up on work, you worked till end.  Always active, never seen you taking rest. Hope you are resting in peace now.  Love you loads and miss you so much. 

A woman is the biggest enemy of a woman.  True that!  Yes, it's always the woman who puts another woman down in this society by asking unwanted questions such as why you haven't got married yet? Why no kids after marriage? Do you have any problem? It's always the women who gets blamed by women to put you down.  I have never seen men asking such unwanted questions to women.  I was not happy to go to native recently fearing such questions from women and yes that happened. Only women looked down on me for not having kids, it's my choice, why should they look down on me and say ayyo?  I never encountered such questions from men but sadly women are the ones who put other women down and become their biggest enemy. One of my best friends boss is a woman. She is not letting my friend move to another position or project due to jealousy. She is making her suffer under her project. 2022 was year of loss for me. Starting with my cute little kittens, my beloved father and my cousin brother. Loss is a form of learning that teaches us how to be in the world without someone we love in it, a challenge of accepting the fact that we'll never again spend time with our loved ones.  But, time heals, I am grateful to all my near and dear ones who continued to be my support.  Thank you all! Thank God for all the blessings! Wish you all a healthy and prosperous new year!

Who is a Father? Why is a Father known as head of the family? Have heard more about motherhood, mother's love, but haven't heard about fatherhood, father's love. Why? There is a saying that a mother carries the child in her womb for 9 months, but a Father carries the whole family on his head for life time. Hence he is known as the head of the family - The Family Man A Father is a hero for his son, first love for his daughter and soulmate for his wife.  A Father leads his family with too many responsibilities and burdens, yet, his family will not know the burden he carries.  There are many cases of heart attacks in most of the men not women. Why?  Women shares everything, cries and will come out of the worries soon. But, a man doesn't share his worries, keeps it to himself. We will not know the loss unless we experience the loss of a loved one. Yes, so true. I have experienced the loss of my beloved Father. Now, I can feel how a loss is. Mixed emotions, angry...

 What do you mean when you say that a situation is under control? Means everything is normal?  Ok, now how about over control? How do you feel when you are controlled too much nothing but over control. Now, you decide whether you are under control or over control. Under control means where a situation can be managed or handled by yourself and is under your own control. Over control is being controlled by someone too much. This can become problematic and can even affect your mental health.  Being under control of yourself is fine but never ever let someone over control you which is dangerous that means you have no more control over yourself, you have let go everything which was under your control, your body, mind, soul, thoughts, everything that should have been under your control . Be under your control, never ever let someone over control you. Note the difference!

 There is a toy for kids available in the market- Talking Tom 😻 It is like a robot,  it repeats what you talk.  But, imagine if animals could talk in reality, how it would be. I have 2 cats, Mia- the mommy cat, my baby and Bunny - Mia's baby, my kiddo. They understand what I talk, even my tone changes they will understand,  but they talk in their language and guestures to make me understand what they want. If they come to kitchen , I understand that they are hungry and feed them,if they come to my room and purr, I understand  that they want some cuddles and pamper and they are about to sleep, if they play hide and seek and play with their toys, they want me to play with them and so on. Imagine if they could talk with us in our language, I know even if I scold them or hurt them by my words they will still love me, they will never scold me back for sure.  They will just talk about their needs and love us forever.   April 29 is celebrated as International dance day.  What comes to your mind when you hear the word enjoy? What makes you happy? Most of us enjoy listening to music , but when the music is on, havent you tried to dance to the tunes? Or tap accordingly? That is what is enjoyment.  There was a movie named ABCD - Any Body Can Dance. True that, anybody can dance.  Dance for yourself, your happiness, nobody can stop you from dancing.  No matter what, just dance. Dance whenever you feel like, whenever you are broken, whenever you are happy, whenever you are hurt, whenever , whatever, just dance. Dance with your soul, dance in the rain, dance like a peacock, dance in your dreams, let your mind, body and soul be happy while you dance. Nacho nacho nacho nacho nacho nacho nacho. Gone are the days where we had slam books, A notebook, passed between friends, for answering the set of questions that you prepared and sharing their advices and opinions.  One of my friends had written, "Trust None" as an advice to me. After reading it, I was curious to know why he wrote that. He said, its short but meaningful one which you will realise later. "Trust None". Yes, now I realized that his words were true. Trust none, not even your family.  One of my friends once told me that "You came alone into this world and will leave alone. Nobody will be there with you". So true,  nobody will be there with you forever. Never trust anybody.  Trust None but God.

Stop Oversharing your personal details on social media. Stop Oversharing to people who tend to be nice to you. Stop Oversharing to your partner as well, respect your privacy. Have your own personal space.  Stop Oversharing, It is not healthy for you. Stop Oversharing,  set your boundaries. Stop Oversharing,  people may make use of it. Stop Oversharing,  have some privacy in your life Stop Oversharing,  you will be judged. Stop Oversharing,  no matter what, have your own personal space for yourself . Stop Oversharing,  sadly, Oversharing may ruin the relationship.  Stop Oversharing,  you dont have to share everything,  at the end you dont have to hide anything.  Stop Oversharing,  you will be misunderstood.  Stop Oversharing, your privacy is valuable.  Stop Oversharing,  lead a healthy and peaceful life.

 What do you mean by compromise ? Mutual agreement? Or is it just 1 way and not 2 way. Why is it always girls asked to compromise? Be it anywhere, family, career, relationships. Why does the so called society expect girls to compromise always?  Any family issue, girls are asked to adjust and compromise always. Why?  Even if the girl is not in the wrong side, she is forced to compromise. Not fair.  We still live in a society where men can do anything but still women have to compromise and adjust whatever nature men are of. This is utter nonsense.  Adjustments and compromise will work 2 way and not one way. Dear girls, never compromise or adjust when you are right. Dont listen to the society, listen to your inner voice. Never ever compromise when you are right!

Repression is like supression which later leads to depression.  Didn't get it?  Have you ever repressed your emotions?  Some people express their emotions openly. Others tend to hide them. But hiding your emotions doesn’t mean you’re repressing them. Note the difference.  Repressed emotions can be a way to protect your mind from painful situations.  Still didn't get it?  A husband shows emotions on wife by raising voice when in anger but vice versa is not allowed or is the wife's emotions being suppressed?  If we raise voice in anger then something is wrong with us, so have we been taught the same way or are we supressing our emotions due to fear?  We think a lot to avoid such situations so we repress our emotions. We repress our anger, emotions, why? You may do this for fear of damaging your positive self-image. Or, you might see yourself as always in control of how you feel.
